Xander Castro is the Events Director for MicroConf.  He joined the team back in 2014 as a freelance coordinator and has been producing MicroConf and MicroConf Europe ever since.  In 2019, Xander was hired as a full time producer for the MicroConf and TinySeed team and has lead the charge on the expansion of the MicroConf brand, community, and digital presence ever since.
